Astoria is pleased to offer both companion and private apartments. Our simple, month-to-month rental agreement requires no long-term commitment. A one-time community fee equal to one month’s rent is due upon move-in.
At Astoria, we have a team of family advisors who are qualified – and available – to help explain our all-inclusive costs and what that means to you and your family. We’ll discuss long-term care insurance, Veterans’ Aid & Assistance and other options that may be available to you to help supplement the cost of care.
Assisted living base rates start at $2,995 per month for a companion room and $3595 per month for a private room.
Monthly Level of Care Fees
For those who need extra assistance, additional health care is available for services such as medication delivery, diabetic supervision, and bathing or dressing assistance. Prior to moving in, individuals are assessed to determine what health care services are needed to live successfully at Astoria. Individual care services are assigned a point value based on the time and level of expertise required. Fees are based on the total number of points. Level One care is no additional charge. Level Two care starts at $525/month.
The Villa is a separate and secure neighborhood for specialized memory care. With its own dining room, secured outdoor space and comfortable living room for small group activities, The Villa provides individualized attention in a truly home-like environment.
Base rates for memory care start at $4450/month for a companion room ($146/day) and $5950/month for a private room ($196/day).
Monthly Level of Care Fees
Like Astoria Assisted Living, individuals wishing to move to The Villa are assessed to determine what health care services are needed to live successfully at Astoria. Level One care is no additional charge. Level Two care starts at $525/month.
For those who assess at a care Level Three or lower, you may opt for an all-inclusive rate. The all-inclusive monthly rate starts at $6,125. Please speak with a representative of Astoria-Oakdale for more information.
Short Term Stays
For $275/night, a short-term stay in The Villa is a great way to find out how well an individual will acclimate to the setting. It’s can also be a bridge between hospitalization and home, or a helpful respite for family caregivers who need to travel or just take a break. A minimum length of stay may be required. A short-term stay in Assisted Living is $250/night.
A one-time community fee of $3,000 is due upon move-in. A fee of $750 per month is applied to a second occupant. Additional fees may apply for enhanced care, personal attendance or pets.
